In collaboration with the Al Salam Cycling Championship, HIPA is pleased to announce the 10th edition of the Al Salam Championship Cycling Photo Contest, celebrating the dynamic fusion of athletic excellence and artistic expression.
We invite professional and aspiring photographers to capture the energy, resilience, and competitive spirit of the Safety and Security Race – Emirati Men’s Amateur, highlighting the strength and determination of the cyclists.
Participants are encouraged to submit their photo(s) that truly capture the essence of this extraordinary race.

Important Information for Photographers
- All photographers participating in the photo competition are required to gather at the Dubai Police Academy (View on Map) to attend the briefing, learn the race starting point, follow all instructions, and receive the car sticker.
- The briefing will start at 11:30 am, and the race will start at 1:30 pm.
- The photographer's car must be a four-wheel drive vehicle.
- Filming is allowed only on the side of the road, 5 to 10 meters away from the race track, to preserve the track and the vehicles of the judges and the organizing committee.
- Drone use is permitted during the race in accordance with the General Civil Aviation Authority regulations. Flying is allowed only in designated green zones, which can be viewed through the DMS app.
- Drone use is strictly prohibited in the vicinity of the Dubai Police Academy.
- Please follow the instructions of the Dubai Police and the Supreme Organizing Committee of the race.
